• Your team agrees to participate actively in the engagement and make necessary personnel available
• We will transfer knowledge and document all work for your team's ongoing ownership
• Post-engagement support terms will be defined separately

All service engagements are governed by a separate written agreement between you and Helioforge.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, graphics, logos, images, and software) is the property of Helioforge or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

During service engagements, intellectual property ownership of deliverables (infrastructure code, documentation, configurations) transfers to you. We retain ownership of pre-existing tools, methodologies, and frameworks used across multiple engagements.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Helioforge be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if Helioforge has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

For any claim arising under these terms, Helioforge's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service or product that gave rise to the claim.
